Our client is a fast moving, technically advanced manufacturing company with a high volume of exports. They are an expanding company who prides themselves on their ability to respond quickly to their customers’ requirements. The Sales Order Processing Supervisor will report directly to the Administration Manager. The successful candidate will have extensive sales office experience with a minimum of 5 years’ within a commercial environment.
– Team supervision
– Purchase order processing
– Raising batch sheets
– Updating systems with new product information
– Organising delivery of products to customers
– General administrative support to management team
– 2:1 Degree (or equivalent)
– Minimum of 5 years within a commercial environment
– Supervisory experience
– Excellent computer skills (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
– Strong communication skills – verbal and written
– Approachable and supportive team player
