Wanted: Receptionist Administrator (3 months) – Southam

£18,000/annum (pro rata)

An exciting opportunity has risen for an experienced Receptionist Administrator to join a local, thriving company on a contract basis (3 Months Contract).

8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday

Duties to include (but not limited to):
– First point of contact for busy Company Reception
– Receiving, screening and forwarding calls
– Meeting and greeting visitors
– Supporting various HR Administration tasks
– Editing and printing offer letters and contracts
– Compiling new starter packs
– Photocopying identification documents
– Following up references
– Filing and Scanning

About You:
– Professional and personable
– Previous Reception experience
– Strong administration skills
– Excellent communicator (verbal and written)
– Tactful and approachable
