Wanted: 2x Customer Service Representatives – Coventry (£19k)


Our client’s customer service representatives act as the key point of contact from order enquiry and the receipt of orders to the delivery and beyond. They may also act as the liaison between the sales managers and the customer in providing product and service information. They are seeking a customer service representatives who are genuinely excited about helping their customers by providing an excellent service from beginning to end.

Responsibilities to include:
– Managing email communications in a fast-paced sales environment
– Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction at all times
– Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through interactive communication
– Provide accurate and complete information in all communications
– Ability to operate within a SAP sales order entry system
– Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
– Manage customer files and correspondence
– Build excellent relationships and liaise with Sales Managers on all matters relating to the customer
– Build and maintain excellent relationships with partners and suppliers
– Create, manage and maintain company spreadsheets and produce reports when required
– Undertake general administrative duties as and when required
– Process and manage sensitive information with discretion at all times
– Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

About You:
– Minimum 3 years’ experience within a similar role
– Fully competent in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
– Experience using SAP (highly advantageous)
– Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
