Wanted: Office Administrator – Southam (£9.50/hour)


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a well-established, local company.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm

Duties will include but not be limited to:
– Raising quotations, typing letters and producing memorandums
– Resolving queries relating to customers and internal stakeholders
– Providing administration support to Directors (when required)
– Answering telephone and email queries
– Producing invoices and month-end figures
– General administration (including banking, filing, printing etc)

– Professional individual with the ability to work autonomously
– Supportive team member
– Excellent organisational skills
– Good attention to details
– Ability to manage time and priorities effectively
– Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
– Strong IT skills (ideally Word, Excel and Sage)
