Wanted: Administrator (Contract) – Southam (£18k)

£17,000-£18,000/annum (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-established company based in Southam, Warwickshire. My client is seeking a friendly, proactive administrator to join their busy team. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the company on a 12-months contract basis (maternity leave cover).

Hours: 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday-Friday (1 hour for lunch)

Duties include (but not limited to):
– Answering the phone
– Dealing with prospective clients
– Dealing with current client enquiries
– General admin (filing, setting up new client details, emails, post etc.)
– Dealing with visitors and deliveries

About You:
– Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Outlook
– Excellent personal presentation and professional approach
– Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

A well-established, local client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their small, busy team.

Main Activities/Responsibilities:
– Complete management of IT solutions to end clients
– Assisting with 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support
– Identifying hardware and software requirements and processing new orders
– Maintaining existing client base
– Providing first class support to clients’ IT operations

Key Skills & Experience:
– Previous experience within an IT Management role (desirable)
– Solid knowledge of server, workstation and laptop configuration and installation
– Software and peripheral support
– Proficient problem solving skills
– Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Experience in building IT systems from server to desktop

On-site visits are a requirement of the role. A full, clean driving license is essential.

My client is seeking a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their small, friendly team.

Duties to include (but not limited to):

– Support of all Helpdesk administration tasks
– Managing entries and data input into CRM Outlook System

About You:
– Previous experience in a similar role

Wanted: Sales Administrator – L/Spa (£20k)

£18,000-£20,000/annum

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced French speaking Sales Administrator to assist in all aspects of the internal sales activities within a busy, well-established company. Key aspects of the role include processing sales orders and preparing export documentation to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

– Deal with customer queries by e-mail, fax, telephone and letter promptly
– Prepare sales quotations in response to customer enquiries
– Process sales orders correctly and acknowledge to the customer
– Liaise with customers and offer knowledgeable support and service
– Monitor and progress all orders to ensure monthly forecasts are achieved
– Enter sales invoices on the computer system and send to customers
– Organise the despatch of goods and produce all necessary paperwork (including export documentation to ensure compliance)
– Attend morning meetings as required and act on any matters arising
– Maintain a quotation log, filing systems and customer databases
– Ensure availability of divisional literature, service manuals and price lists
– Produce and distribute weekly/monthly reports covering orders, sales, backlog and quotation log
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure the customer receives the highest standards of service

About You:

– Fluent in French (verbal and written)
– Previous experience within a similar role
– Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
– Proactive, supportive team player
